Our shoes have a standard fit. We recommend ordering your usual size. If you are between sizes, choose the larger one. For example, if you usually wear size 6.5, go for size 7.
Can I measure my foot to determine my size?
Yes. Place a sheet of paper against the wall, stand with your heel touching the wall, and mark the tip of your longest toe. Measure the length and add 3 to 5 millimetres for comfort. Use our size chart to find the right fit.

What if my product becomes defective over time?
If the defect is not caused by misuse, wear or lack of maintenance, we will repair or replace the item. If a repair is not feasible, we will offer a comparable replacement or refund.
If the product has a defect that was not visible at the time of purchase, you must notify us within a reasonable period after discovering the defect. If the product is actually found to be defective by Dreamique Club (not due to normal wear, abuse, and/or lack of maintenance), Dreamique Club will repair or replace the product within a reasonable period set by Dreamique Club. During this repair, you are not entitled to a replacement product or any form of compensation. If Dreamique Club views a repair as not possible or cannot be expected given the costs of this repair, Dreamique Club offers a comparable replacement product. If this is not possible, we will refund you the purchase price.
If Dreamique Club's instructions are not followed, or if you have misused the product, or if you have not performed maintenance on the product, you are not entitled to any form of repair, replacement, or compensation. The possibility to invoke any form of warranty also expires if the product has been treated.
What is not covered by warranty?
Damage from misuse, lack of maintenance or unauthorised handling voids the warranty.
