Delivery Information
When you place an order with Dreamique Club, the delivery time may be slightly longer than you are used to. That is because we ship your items directly from our trusted suppliers.
This allows us to avoid unnecessary storage and handling costs, which means we can offer you beautiful products at truly competitive prices. We appreciate your patience and promise it will be worth the wait.
Below are our estimated delivery times for all shipments:
Shipping Costs
All orders are shipped free of charge. You can choose our Insured Shipping Protection for £2,95 GBP. extra to cover any lost or stolen packages up untill £1250 GBP. Our average delivery time is 5-9 business days. Our warehouses are located outside of the EU in Asia, which affects the delivery time.
Pickup and Delivery
The customer is responsible for picking up the goods they have purchased within the period specified at the time of purchase. If delivery is chosen, the customer must provide accurate delivery information and be ready to receive the goods upon their arrival.
Unclaimed Goods
If goods are not picked up within 7 days after the notification that they are ready for pickup, they are considered undeliverable. If the goods are not picked up for more than 7 days, Dreamique Club reserves the right to dispose of, sell, or otherwise handle the goods at its discretion. Costs for storage, disposal, or sale of undelivered goods may be charged to the customer.
Return and Cancellation
No refunds or cancellations are made for non-modest items unless required by law. The deposit paid for the goods is forfeited if the goods are not picked up within the period.
30-Day Return Policy
All our customers benefit from a 30-day return policy on every order. These 30 days start from the date you receive the package. Please note that the return must be sent back to us within these 30 days, giving you ample time to inspect the product and decide whether to keep it or return it.
Return Process
If you want to return a product, it must be in its original condition and original packaging. This is required to ensure that the product can be properly processed. Products that are damaged, used beyond normal testing, or whose packaging is damaged cannot be returned.
Liability
Dreamique Club is not responsible for loss, damage, or destruction of goods that are not picked up after the specified pickup time.
Order Cancellation
If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, you must do so within 24 hours of the order. After 24 hours, cancellation of the order is no longer possible as all orders are shipped within 24 hours and your order is already on its way. Once you receive your order, you can return it at any time.
