Return and Refunds Policy Guidelines

At Dreamique Club, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer you the option to return your item within 30 days of delivery.

Please note: Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. We currently do not offer free shipping returns.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. This gives you enough time to inspect the item and decide whether it’s right for you.

To be eligible, the product must be:

- Unused and in original condition

- Returned in its original packaging

- Free from damage, stains, or signs of extended wear

Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined for return.

Return Process

Before returning your item, please email our customer support at support@dreamiqueclub.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process and provide all necessary information.

Ensure the package is shipped via registered mail with tracking. Without a tracking code, we cannot guarantee receipt or process your refund.

Items Already in Transit

Our products ship from Asia, which may result in slightly longer delivery times. If your order is already on its way, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until your parcel arrives, then follow our return procedure.
Feel free to inform us in advance about your intent to return by emailing support@dreamiqueclub.com.

To help us process your return quickly, we kindly ask you to send us your shipping label once your return has been dispatched.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in resellable condition

- Original tags must still be attached

- Items must be returned in their original packaging

- Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is defective

If you keep part of your order, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Received a defective or incorrect product?
Contact us right away at support@dreamiqueclub.com with a photo of the issue. We will replace it at no cost to you. Our goal is that you always receive your order in perfect condition.

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to our warehouse in Asia. We recommend sending the product as registered mail with a tracking code. This ensures that we can track the shipment and efficiently process your return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or not as described.

Refund of Purchase Price

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 (fourteen days) from the day on which we receive the communication concerning your revocation of this contract and the goods received. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

Sale Goods

Goods purchased on special offer can only be exchanged for another product or for a credit note. This gives you the flexibility to select another product if the original does not meet your expectations.

Exchanges

Looking to swap your item for a different size, colour or item? No worries, we've got you babe. Please contact us at support@dreamiqueclub.com and let us know your exchange request. We handle the costs.

Return Procedure

  1. Start your return
    Email us at support@dreamiqueclub.com and include your order number along with the reason for your return.

  2. Receive return instructions
    We will send you the return address and a return form. Please print the form and include it inside your parcel. All returns must be shipped with a trackable method.

Important: A tracking number is required for all returns. Without tracking, we cannot process or guarantee your return.

  1. Prepare your parcel
    Carefully package the item in its original condition and original packaging. Send it to the return address provided.

  2. Receive your refund
    Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please note:

- Return shipping costs to our warehouse in Asia are at your own expense.

- Returns must be registered with a tracking code.

- Beauty products can only be returned if unopened, due to hygiene regulations.

Returns FAQ

  • What can I do if my exchange product is no longer available?

Feel free to contact our customer service to explore your options. We will let you know when the item is expected back in stock. If your return is already on its way and the item is sold out, we will reach out to you and find the best solution together.

  • Where can I find my order number to register my return?

You will find your order number in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. It is a four-digit code. If you did not receive the email or cannot find it, our customer support team is happy to assist.

  • What should I do if a product is delivered faulty or damaged?

We are so sorry if something went wrong. Please send an email to support@dreamiqueclub.com including a photo of the issue. Our customer care team will work with you to make things right as quickly as possible.

  • What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period?

We kindly ask that returns are submitted within the 30-day window. If something prevented that, please reach out. In some cases, we may be able to offer an exchange or a store credit voucher. Our customer service team is here to help.
