- The start and end dates are always clearly stated in the giveaway post
- Participants who misuse or manipulate the giveaway may be excluded
- Winners are selected through an impartial draw
- Winners will be contacted directly via the platform on which the giveaway took place
- Participants not selected as winners will not be contacted
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for other items or for cash
- No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the giveaway
- Discounts do not apply to giveaway prizes or promotional items
- All giveaway items are covered by a 2 month warranty
- Dreamique Club reserves the right to exclude participants in case of suspected fraud or unlawful participation
